We urgently need volunteers at the canil, there are so many dogs and puppies it is difficult to give enough time to each one.

Would you like to walk the dogs, play with the puppies, help to bathe dogs?

if the answer is yes and you are willing to commit to a minimum of one hour per week, please get in touch. When we have enough volunteers we will arrange a visit to the Canil.

Dog Rehoming Portugal, EU and UK are a group of volunteers working alongside the Municipal Shelter (Canil) in Tomar, Central Portugal.
We are an association registered in Portugal, number 518 796 868.

Meet the dogs

We have so many different dogs looking for a new home, the canil is running out of space.

Rather than buying a dog from a breeder, please consider adopting a dog that needs a loving home.
